Wendy Renee Earnhardt died peacefully on May 27, 2024, after a month-long battle with MS, paralysis, infections, heart failure, and COVID 19.

Wendy will be cremated; the plan is to scatter her ashes near the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Courtenay, Florida at a later date.
Wendy was born on August 25, 1976, in Tampa, Florida. She went to school in Virginia and Maryland, graduating from Thomas S. Wootton High School in Rockville, Maryland. After working several retail jobs, she became disabled. She was married and divorced but was not blessed with any children. Wendy was very loving and fun and enjoyed staying in touch with family and friends. She loved reading the Bible, coloring pictures, and spending time with her chihuahua Lola. She also loved pandas.
Wendy is survived by her parents, Michael and Adelaide (“Heidi”) Earnhardt; her sister, Heather Earnhardt; two nephews, Gabriel Peña and Jacob Peña; her grandmother, Mrs. Sina (“Pat”) Mitchell; her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Davis Spencer Earnhardt; her aunt Kathy Bush; her aunt Patricia Trainor; her uncle and aunt Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Mitchell; her uncle and aunt Mr. and Mrs. John Mitchell Jr.; and a number of cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Texas Chihuahua Rescue (at https://texaschihuahuarescue.org) in honor of Wendy’s love for her dog Lola.
