Wayne Arthur Buesnel

Wayne Arthur Buesnel passed from this life to the next on April 15, 2020. Wayne died peacefully from medical complications at his home for the last 2 years, Ashwood Court Assisted Living in North Richland Hills, TX. 

Due to the pandemic, no services will be held at this time. Wayne will be interred at the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.

Wayne was born during World War II on February 11, 1942 in Jersey, English Channel Islands, during the occupation of the Island by the German/Nazi Regime. He received his Certificate of Naturalization from the United States Government on September 2, 1966 while serving as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Air Force.  Upon his honorable discharge, Wayne was employed by American Airlines as a Flight simulator instructor, followed by his employment with Boeing Corporation, from which he retired.

Wayne was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Kaye Buesnel; his parents, Reginald and Ellen Buesnel; and 3 brothers and 1 sister.

Wayne is survived by his stepson, Jon Parrish, Jon's wife, Kris and 3 sons, JW, Jacob and Joshua; his brother-in-law and sister-in law, Richard and Lynda Homer; and several nieces and nephews.

The Family of Wayne Buesnel would like to especially thank the staff at Ashwood Court and Trinity Hospice in Dallas, for their loving and compassionate care of Wayne during the last few weeks of his life.
