Venita A. Roberts

Venita A. Roberts, 76, of Hudson Oaks, Texas passed away at her home on November 14, 2023.  

She was born November 11, 1947, in Childress, Texas to Rufus and Ester White. Venita was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who cherished her family, especially her grandchildren.  She worked a lot, but she loved her job and her coworkers. Venita was a faithful member of her church.  She enjoyed the fellowship with her parish and the relationship she had with the Lord.  Venita was always ready to celebrate a holiday with her daughters and grandchildren.  In addition to family time, she was an avid reader and traveled whenever she could. She was a girly girl that always loved clothes and looking her best.  Venita had an amazing energy about her that will be deeply missed by all that knew her. 

She is survived by daughters, Leslie Alexander and Melissa Alexander; grandchildren, Harley Amanda Lambert and Jonathan Lambert; sisters, Fredine Schell, Francine Shepherd, and Teresa Ray.
