Thomas Ray Palmer passed away on March 18, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of strength, honor, and unwavering love for his family.
Thomas was born on July 6, 1968, He lived a life rooted in loyalty, courage, and dedication. A proud United States Marine through and through, Thomas carried the values of service, discipline, and brotherhood with him every day of his life. His time as a Marine was not just something he did—it was who he was. He stood with pride, lived with purpose, and earned the respect of all who knew him. Above all else, Thomas was an extraordinary father. His greatest pride and joy were his children—his oldest and most proud, Troy Ray Palmer, son Kael Palmer Pennsylvania, daughter, Karis Palmer, Pennsylvania, and Lochlan Palmer, Pennsylvania—whom he loved fiercely and unconditionally. He was their protector, their guide, and their biggest supporter—always present, always dependable, and always full of heart. He was a devoted father, a proud Marine, a caring brother, and a loyal friend—someone who showed up, stood strong, and left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. His strength, kindness, and generous spirit will never be forgotten. Thomas was deeply loved intelligent gentle giant, who made those he knew laugh and will be missed beyond words by all whose lives he touched. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his family and friends, and in the honor, he carried throughout his life.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Willard Ray Palmer and Mary Louise Palmer-Estep.
He is survived by his beloved sister, Sandra Palmer-Sipe; his brother-in-law, Ron Sipe, Robein-Lee Palmer; his sisters, Red Mratin Oklahoma, Daun Wright and Husband Frankie, Austinn, Texas, D'Ann Amarillo, Texas, Dara Palmer from Tennessee, Dacy Palmer, Tennessee, He left behind numerous nieces and nephews who will remember him as an intelligent gentle giant, who always who always made them laugh.
