Craig Hawkins passed away, April 12, 2022.  He was born on August 26, 1959 in Fort Worth, TX. 

Memorial Service will be at Silver Creek Baptist Church of Azle, 151 Ruth Lane, Azle TX 76020 on April 30, 2022 @ 11:00 AM, The family invites you to join them for lunch afterward at

Craig was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Hawkins; mother, Nelda Hawkins; and brother, Ricky Hawkins.

Survivors: Daughter, Terra Hawkins of Oklahoma; son, Ryan Hawkins of Oklahoma; grandson, Arius; sister, Sherry Jones and brother-in-law, Johnny Jones of Azle, TX; girlfriend, Cathi Gunter of Fort Worth, TX.
