Ronnie James Davis

Ronnie James Davis passed away on his 37th birthday, on November 23, 2020.

A visitation service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Fairview Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas.  The funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. with Richard Wiley officiating.

Ronnie was born in Arlington, Texas on November 23, 1983. He graduated from Crowley High School where he played fullback on the varsity football team and was known as the “Italian Stallion.” Ronnie married his wife, Jennifer Bedunah in 2012. Together, they raised Jennifer’s grandson, Jordyn, who looked up to and loved Ronnie as if Ronnie were his father. Ronnie worked as a quality control manager in construction projects for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Previously, he was employed as a supervisor in the commercial construction industry. In the past, Ronnie worked overseas projects for the United States Department of Defense and Department of State for twelve years, allowing him to travel the world. His loved ones have lost a son, husband, father figure, and friend. Ronnie could be counted on to bring a smile to all faces with his sense of humor and ability to brighten up any situation.

He leaves behind, to carry on, his loving wife, Jennifer; father, Donald Davis; mother, Angela Soulli; brother, Christopher Davis and wife, Brandy Lea, brother, Ian; sister, Michelle Griffin Bishop and husband, Austin; step-daughter, Lauren Bruce; nephew, Elijah Davis; grandchildren, Jordyn Rhone, Sadie Rhone, Princeton Dawson and Ka’Leigha Bates; and too many friends to count.

No one will ever take his place in our hearts.
