Randy Jo Goins

Celebration of Life: Today we are joined together to celebrate the life of Randy Jo Goins. 74 years of age, from Springtown TX. Randy is the son of Preston Goins and Jean South. Randy was Born October 31, 1950 in Vernon, Texas. Randy passed peacefully Monday night November 18, 2024, with his sister and brother-in-law by his side, in Paradise, TX.

Randy is preceded in death by his devoted grandparents, Chrystal Hamilton and Neil Hamilton, and Lane and Thelma; father, Preston Goins, mother, Jean South; daughter, Toni Goins; his wife, Susie Goins; and his sister, Vickie Woody.

Survived by his daughter, Joni Goins; son, Jimmy Goins and his wife, Erin Goins; aunt, Joan Haney, aunt, Kathryn Goins Cox; sister, Kimberly and husband, Troy Malone and four grandchildren; Brent, Julianna, Katleyn, and Kody. 

After coming back from the war, he started his family. He was a business owner and worked long and hard being a mentor to his employees, friends, and family. He was a sober member of alcoholics anonymous for 30 plus years and helped many along with their journey into sobriety. He loved to watch the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers.
