Olivia Patricia Horn, 79, passed away June 13, 2023, in Fort Worth, Texas surrounded by her loved ones.
Celebration of Life will be Friday, July 14, 2023, at Oxford at Lake Worth, 1501 West Park View Dr., Fort Worth, Texas 76108 at 6:00pm.
Olivia Patricia was born December 5, 1943, in Eastwood Nottinghamshire, England to Bill and Marion McCutchen. She spent her childhood in Hamilton, Texas before becoming a resident of Fort Worth, Texas.
Olivia enjoyed family, reading, travel, music (The Moody Blues), and writing poetry.
Olivia is survived by her children, Marion Kirk, Mark Smith, and Melissa Santiago, and husband, James; sisters, Kay Tanton and Jane Allen; grandchildren, Joshua, Anthony, Adam, Abby, and Paul; great grandchildren, Charlie and Cate; and her beloved Kitty Duke.
