Morgan Renee Ash

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Morgan Renee Ash, age 28, cherished daughter, mother, sister, and friend. Morgan passed away on September 4th, 2024, at 10:33 PM, surrounded by her loving family and friends in Dallas, Texas.

Morgan was born on January 8th, 1996, in Dallas, Texas, Morgan was a vibrant soul who brought joy to everyone she met. She was a devoted mother to her beloved daughter, JoJo, and an adored aunt to her nieces and nephew. She had a passion for singing and a deep love for food, often finding joy in sharing meals and laughter with those she loved. Her family remembers her as a woman of incredible strength and resilience, who fought bravely against leukemia. Though her battle was short, her spirit and determination remain an inspiration to us all.

Morgan is survived by her daughter, Joeleanne Renee Ash of Arlington, Texas; her mother, Nancy Patton of Watauga, Texas; her father, Douglas Patton of Grand Prairie, Texas; her older brothers, Chris Patton (Heather) and Joel Ash; her older sister, Karlye Thornhill (Jamie); and her younger sisters, Bailey Patton and Jamy “Mady-Belle” Ash; and her forever best friend, Kylie Yost. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members, all of whom loved her dearly.

To celebrate Morgan's life, we invite attendees to wear formal black attire and we will provide an orange ribbon to promote leukemia awareness. Morgan’s laughter, love, and light will forever remain in our hearts.
