Martha J. Ford

Martha Jacquelyn Ford passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 69. She was born on January 25, 1956, in Fort Worth.

Martha dedicated over 35 years to teaching, finding joy in watching her students grow and succeed. Her commitment to education left a lasting impact on those she taught and worked alongside.

A devoted fan of TCU sports, Martha rarely missed a game and took great pride in cheering on her team. She also cherished time spent with family and friends, creating lasting memories with those closest to her.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, John Braddy and Johnnie McAdams; her son, Matthew Ford; and her niece, Rachel Braddy.

She is survived by her son, Scott Ford; her brother and sister-in-law, Jay and Susan Braddy; her nephew, Shaun Braddy; and her grandchildren, Cameron and Leah. She is also remembered by several other family members and friends who were part of her life.
