Lonnie James Rogers

Lonnie James Rogers, 74, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2026. He was born in San Diego, California, on January 16, 1952.

Lonnie was known for his sense of humor and his love of joking around with the people he cared about. He was also a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed cheering on his team.

He is survived by his loving wife, Dana Rogers; his son, Aaron Rogers, and his wife, Aimee; his grandchildren, Wyatt and Morgan; his mother, Thelma Garrison; his brothers, Terry Rogers and Roy Garrison; his sisters, Dixie Brown, Sue Hairrell, and Cindy Kaluzniak; along with countless other family members and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerald Rogers, and his brothers, Tommy and Steve Rogers.

Lonnie will be remembered for his humor, his love of family, and the memories he created with those who knew and loved him.
