Leslie A. Cole

Leslie Allen Cole, a lifelong resident of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on August 8, 2025, at the age of 60. Born on April 21, 1965, in Fort Worth, Leslie spent his life rooted in the community he loved. 

Leslie built a fulfilling career as an automated technician at Alcon Labs, where he dedicated many years before retiring. His work reflected his meticulous nature and problem-solving skills—traits that also defined his personal passions and pursuits.

 At home, Leslie was known for his love of cooking and baking. Whether preparing a hearty meal or perfecting a new dessert recipe, he found joy in sharing food with those around him. He also had a talent for building and fixing things—a hands-on craftsman who took pride in making things work again. His loyal companion Brody, his beloved dog, was never far from his side during these quiet moments of creativity and care.

 Leslie's kind and gentle heart left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He consistently put others first, offering help without hesitation and compassion without condition. 

He is survived by his devoted wife, Cynthia Cole; his daughter, Anne-Marie Cole; his son, Sawyer Allen Cole and daughter-in-law, Chelsey; and two cherished grandsons, Jasper and Liam. His memory will also be held dear by those whose lives he touched with warmth and generosity.

Leslie was preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Nancy Cole; his sister, Tina Tabor; and his brother Michael Cole. 

A memorial service to honor Leslie’s life was held in Fort Worth, Texas, on August 12, 2025. 

May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him and continue to inspire acts of kindness in the world he leaves behind. A Burial will be held on September 22, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Greenwood Memorial Park 3344 White Settlement Rd.
