Katherine “Kay” McGrath Ray-Crump died peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones on March 17, 2021 in Benbrook, Texas.
Memorial Services will be at Trinity Chapel Bible Church located on 6610 Southwest Blvd, Benbrook, Texas 76109 on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 1:00pm. In honor of Kay, please wear your brightest colors to celebrate her love of life.
Kay was born on June 24, 1946 in Lubbock, Texas. She was the oldest daughter of Bob and Norma McGrath. She grew up with four siblings and gained two step-sisters later in life. Kay loved to travel, read, and spend time with family, friends and her fur babies. She never met a stranger and could talk to anyone. Kay loved her family fiercely, especially her grandchildren.
Kay is survived by her daughters, Heather Mason, Kristie Pederson, and Kellie Gaffney; her son-in-laws, Keith Mason, and Matt Pederson; her grandchildren, Payton, Kylie, & Hatcher Mason, Connor & Carlie Pederson, and Jack Gaffney; her fur babies, Rico and Pumpkin. Kay leaves behind her stepfather, brothers, sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
