Judy was born in Portales, New Mexico and grew up in Glen Rose, Texas. She eventually moved to Fort Worth, Texas and started to make a family of her own. She was a homemaker who always made sure her kids were well taken care of. Judy was a woman who was so full of life. No matter what came her way she was always strong, brave, and never gave up on anything. She endured many obstacles in life which would have made any other person just give up, but she refused. She enjoyed traveling, being outdoors, and socializing with family and friends. She loved her friends and family dearly. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

Judy is survived by her husband, Joaquin Garcia; her daughters, Samantha Garcia, Erika Gamez, Daisy Garcia, Jennifer Garcia, and Judy S. Garcia; and her son, Brandon Garcia; and 13 grandchildren.
