Jon Micah Owen

Jon Micah Owen, 50, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away peacefully on February 23, 2026, at 2:06 a.m., surrounded by his loving wife of nearly five years, his children, and his children’s mother.

Jon was born on September 26, 1975, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Cynthia and Gary Owen. He was a proud Texan who loved the outdoors and cherished time spent with family and friends. Jon enjoyed fishing and hunting, finding peace and joy in nature. He was also a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys and rarely missed a chance to cheer on his team.

Jon attended church camp in his younger years, an experience that remained a meaningful part of his life and faith.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, his father, and his stepfather.

Jon leaves behind his beloved wife, Rhonda; his children, Collin, Brayden, and Lauren; his mother, Cindy (Larry); his brothers, Timothy and Douglas; and many other cherished family members and friends who will miss him deeply.

Jon will be remembered for his love of family, his steady presence, his love of the outdoors, and the memories he created with those he loved most.
