(John) Scott Walling passed away suddenly on August 26, 2020 while sitting at his desk at home.
Scott was born in Wichita Falls, TX on February 20, 1951, but the family soon moved to Fort Worth, TX. He graduated from Southwest High School and the University of North Texas where he met Cindy, his loving wife of 49 years. He was an Army veteran, a patriot, and an avid fisherman, golfer, and birdwatcher, but cooking was his passion. While enjoying semi-retirement, he and his wife took the opportunity to explore our beautiful country and visit the National Parks. Scott and Cindy moved to Grapevine, TX in 1980 and eventually started BullsEye Home Inspections. He loved the community, the lake, and loved to volunteer. Scott was proud to be a Big Hat member of the Grapevine AMBUCS and a member of the DFW-CRN (Client Referral Network) because of their service to the community and their entrepreneurial spirit. Scott was full of life. His great stories and his amazing smile will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
