James Michael Tomlin

James “Mike” Michael Tomlin, born to Robert and Winnie Tomlin in Dallas, TX, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on July 15, 2025.

James served in the United States Army, and worked for Lockheed Martin and FedEx until he was able to retire from both locations. He moved to Springtown, TX when he met his beloved wife, Zackuline Tomlin, and married her on August 30, 1980. James, along with Zackuline, adopted two children that they loved more than anything else.

James loved to bowl and was on many bowling leagues over the years, even more so since he lost his beloved wife in 2014. James was such a kind old soul who would give you the shirt off his back if it was the last he had, in order to help you. 

James is preceded in death by his wife, Zackuline Tomlin (34 years before she passed); and his parents, Robert and Winnie Tomlin.

Survivors: son, Robert Tomlin and partner Amber of Springtown Tx; daughter, Leah Tomlin and husband Brock of Lykens, PA; Granddaughters: Emily Sejuit, Brianna Sejuit, Kennady Zerbe, of Lykens PA and Serinity Barnes, Hailey Tuley Barnes, of Springtown, TX; Grandson, Andrew Barnes of Springtown, TX; Brother, Steve Tomlin and wife Sally of Tampa, FL; several nieces, great nieces, and nephews.
