Gregory R. Johnson

Greg R. Johnson, age 64, passed away in Texas on April 14, 2025. Born in Seattle, Washington, Greg was the son of Doris Jean Gustafson Johnson and Douglas Johnson, Sr. He pursued a successful and fulfilling career in computer engineering dedicating over 30 years to a field he loved.

Greg was a devoted husband to his wife of 22 years, Edith. Together, they built a beautiful life and blessed with three sons- Andrew, Anthony and Alex. He was a kind, loving, and supportive father and husband.

Greg was known for his kindness, wit, and love of outdoor exploration, camping, cooking, grilling and his passion for computer programming and gaming. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and was always willing to help those in need.

He is survived by his loving wife, Edith; his sons, Andrew, Anthony and Alex; and his brothers, Russ, Chuck, Mike, Doug and Duane, who will continue to honor his memory by living their lives to the fullest. He also leaves behind extended family, countless friends, and colleagues who were touched by his warmth, humor, kindness and generosity.

Greg’s presence will be deeply missed, and his memory will forever be held in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
