Fernando Loredo

Fernando Loredo of Grand Prairie, TX passed away unexpectedly at the age of 55 on November 11, 2020.

There will be a visitation from 10am - 11am on Friday, November 20, 2020 with the funeral service to follow afterwards at Fort Worth Funerals & Cremations, 8808 Camp Bowie W, Fort Worth, TX 76116. Burial will be at Skyvue Memorial Park in Mansfield, TX following the funeral service.

Fernando was born December 11, 1964 in San Juan, TX to Juan and Petra Loredo. Fernando worked as a CNC machinist, a job that he enjoyed doing and always talked about. He went on to marry his wife on October 30, 1995 and together they raised their 6 children. Fernando was a loving son, a great dad, and an attentive grandfather. Along with those titles, he was a man with a great sense of humor, was loved by many people and was a happy and loving man.

Fernando will be sadly missed by his wife, Linda Loredo and children, Fernando Loredo Jr., Monique Martinez, Crystal Sanchez, Adrianna Loredo, Petra Loredo, and Margaret Rios; and his many grandchildren and extended family members.

A Limb Has Fallen

A limb has fallen from the family tree.

I keep hearing a voice that says, "Grieve not for me.

Remember the best times, the laughter, the song.

The good life I lived while I was strong.

Continue my heritage, I'm counting on you.

Keep smiling and surely 

the sun will shine through.

My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest,

remembering all, how I truly was blessed.

Continue traditions, no matter how small.

Go on with your life, don't just stare at the wall.

I miss you all dearly, so keep up your chin,

until the day comes we're together again."
