Elvira "Ellie" Alvarez

Elvira "Ellie" Alvarez passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Arlington Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was born on January 2, 1969 in Waco, Texas.

Ellie married, at the young age of 18, to the father of her three children. As a mother, she was compassionate, caring, and most of all supportive. She was a vibrant free spirit, that lived life on her terms. Ellie loved to dance, laugh, travel, and party. She was always willing to help anyone in need, volunteering with multiple charities for the less fortunate.  She would help distribute clothes and toys to children in less fortunate areas.

Ellie is survived by her three children, Abel, Maxwell, and Bianca Garcia; three grandchildren, Victoria, Maxwell, Julian; her mother, Celia Martinez; brothers and sisters, Adrian Alvarez, Nicholas Pina, Maria Martinez, Felipe Martinez, Gabriella Martinez; and many more family, friends, and loved ones.
