Elmo Lee Johnson Sr, 66, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born to Reverend A.D. and Evangelist Meverine Johnson on February 6, 1954.

Celebration of Life will be held at 5:00 pm on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Higher Praise Family Church in Fort Worth, Texas.

Elmo was preceded in death by his parents; sons, Elmo Jr, and Marvin Johnson.

He is survived by his daughters, Sunchera Dunley of Denton, Texas, and Gabrielle Johnson of Houston, Texas; brothers, A.D. Johnson Jr. of Fort Worth, Texas, Sherman Johnson of Fort Worth, Texas, Mark Johnson of Fort Worth, Texas, Darryl Johnson of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Barry Johnson of Kansas, Andre Johnson of Fort Worth, Texas; sisters, Pamela Ngwuogbe of Katy, Texas, Tryphena Garrett of Fort Worth, Texas, Sherry Lee of Fort Worth, Texas and Gloria Johnson of Fort Worth, Texas and 5 grandkids.
