Elizabeth Wallace Obituary

In Loving Memory of Elizabeth C. Wallace

March 12, 1948 - April 20, 2025

North Richland Hills, TX

Elizabeth "Liz" C. Wallace passed away peacefully on April 20, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 77. Born on March 12, 1948, in Cleveland, Ohio, Liz grew up surrounded by love, laughter, and strong family values.

Please join us in celebrating Liz's life on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Smithfield Cemetery, 7935 Main Street, North Richland Hills, TX 76182.

Liz dedicated over 30 years to a successful career in Avon Sales, where she not only found purpose but also lifelong friendships. It was through this journey that she met the love of her life, Larry Wallace. The two married in 1976 and soon settled in North Richland Hills, Texas, where they built a life rooted in love, family, and community.

In 1977, Liz embraced her most cherished role becoming a mother to her only son, Anthony.

She devoted herself fully to motherhood, while continuing to be a supportive spouse and loving homemaker.

After the passing of her husband in 2011, Liz spent her later years surrounded by her mother and sister, continuing to bring joy to those closest to her. She had a deep love for music, dancing, Disney movies, and animals. Her warm spirit, infectious smile, and gentle nature made her a light in every room she entered.

Liz was also lovingly known as the "neighborhood mom" to many of the children her son, Anthony, grew up with. Whether it was a ride to school, a warm meal, or just a listening ear, Liz was always there. Her home was a safe haven, full of laughter, comfort, and kindness—and there isn't a memory shared among that circle that doesn't include her in it. She had a way of making everyone feel like family, and that legacy lives on in the hearts of so many.

Liz leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and love. She is survived by her beloved son, Anthony Wallace and daughter-in-law Shannon Wallace, both of Texas; her cherished granddaughter, Alyssa Wallace; her loving sister, Mary Bisbee of Texas; Sister, Cynthia Chandler of Texas, Nephew, Richard Chandler, Sister, Debi Tucker of Texas and brother-in-law Brian McClure, Niece, Christina Tucker. and her faithful dog, Rebel.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
