Dorothy R. Hopper, 97, passed away September 25, 2021.

Interment: Poe Prairie Cemetery, 11 a.m. Saturday, October 9, 2021.

Dorothy was born July 20, 1924 in Bennett, Texas to Leslie Floyd and Dessie Nevil. She was a devout Christian and served as a Sunday school teacher. She also was a member of the WMU. Dorothy and her husband enjoyed traveling. She dearly loved her family, her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Dorothy is survived by, son, Mike and his wife, Linda; granddaughter, Melissa Voegele; grandson, Brent Hopper; great-granddaughter, Madison, and great-grandson, Joshua Rodriguez.
