Crystal Renee Hernandez

Crystal Renee Hernandez passed away, Monday, April 18th, 2022 in Fort Worth, TX. 

Her family invites all who loved her to join us in celebrating the life of Crystal Hernandez on Monday April 25, 2022 at 3 p.m. at Fort Worth Funerals & Cremations 8808 Camp Bowie W. Ste. 170 Fort Worth, TX 76116.  A gathering will follow immediately after the ceremony at Crystal’s brother, Henry’s home located at 3404 Henry Dr., Richland Hills, TX 76118.

Crystal was also born in Fort Worth, Texas at John Peter Smith Hospital on February 20, 1979. She and family lived in and around Fort Worth before settling in Azle, TX where Crystal finished her schooling. It was here where she met Samuel “Sammy” Campbell, the father of her 2 beautiful children, Isaac “Cole” Campbell and Carly Renee Campbell. Her youngest child Carly, born with life threatening illness and a diagnosis for a life span of less than a year was blessed to have a mother who would not, could not accept that. A medical marvel, Carly was with us 6 amazing years, taken too soon still. Taking close care of her children, Crystal was also working full time rising from pizza delivery to General Management for a number of popular pizza chains. After several medical ailments of or related to diabetes, diagnosed in her teen years, she was sidelined by disability. Crystal always worked as much as she could and enjoyed being independent. Crystal loved spending time playing cards with family, listening to music, watching TV, and movies. She loved people and dogs, not sure which one more, but she’d definitely not let either get away without a hug and a kiss. 

Crystal is survived by her son, Isaac Cole Campbell of Richland Hills, and brother, Henry Mike Hernandez Jr, also of Richland Hills; and many other family and friends.
