Virginia Lorraine Garthe

Virginia “Ginger” Lorraine Garthe, 56, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2020 in Mansfield, Texas. Ginger was born to Michael Casci and Donna Nations on February 4, 1963 in Oakland, California.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 12pm at Solid Rock Church, 121 Verna Trail N, Fort Worth, TX 76108. A pot-luck style lunch/reception will follow
immediately after the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation to the Sea Turtle Conservancy (conserveturtles.org).

Ginger was preceded in death by her birth father, Michael Casci and her adoptive father, Walter Wilson.

Ginger was survived by her husband, David Garthe; daughters, Ashley Garthe, and Amber Garthe; mother, Donna Ray and husband, Tom; sister, JJ Cryer and husband, Matt; brothers, Duane Wilson and Roger Casci and wife, Michelle; grandsons, Bradley Ericson, Jayce Force and David Force; granddaughters, Mya Collins and Ryah Collins; numerous nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
